In 2021, we raised a $3 million seed round to realize our mission of helping businesses effectively create and deliver visual experiences with next-gen AI content tools.
We are 30+ people, located in 6 countries and speaking 7+ languages.
Our team has big plans for 2022, and we need a Sales Ops Specialist to help us scale. You'll be working closely with the Head of Operations to build and implement thoughtful processes that make remote work an engaging experience.
We expect you to:
- Plan, coordinate, and develop operational activities.
- Analyze and update existing Sales, Customer Care, and Customer Success processes, policies, and systems to make sure they're compliant and designed to support the company’s growth.
- Find areas for automation and prioritize sales, customer care, and success tools, policies, and compliance for 2022 and beyond.
- Build and monitor day-to-day operations while tracking and reporting on performance and recommending actionable improvements as necessary.
You’re a perfect candidate if you have:
- 1+ experience with integration platforms (Zapier, Integromat, etc)
- Experience with data analytics platforms
- Experience with workflows, diagramming, and business design thinking.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing CRMs
It’ll be amazing if you also have:
- Basic knowledge in JSON formats, SQL and Python

- You are extremely data-driven, detail-obsessed, and employee experience-focused.
- You know how to build processes from scratch. You're organized, manage your time well, and pay attention to details.
- It's very important for you and others on your team to deliver at a high level, and you value partnership and stakeholder engagement along the way.
- Working with data, acquiring data from multiple sources, analyzing data, and communicating data is your thing.
- You know what goes on in Sales, Customer Care, and Customer Success.
- Your communication and collaboration skills are what make remote work work, and you're really good at both.
- You want to be part of a remote-first team or think remote teams are the future.
- You are extremely self-sufficient and able to work with little supervision in a rapidly changing and evolving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
