We are 40+ people, located in 16 countries and speaking 10+ languages. 

As we grow, we are looking for a superstar Head of Marketing to lead our international marketing team. 🤩

We want someone, who is passionate about the AI world, an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of delivering results in a startup environment. You will be responsible for leading and driving demand generation as well as customer acquisition for our AI product. 
 

We expect you to:

• Own demand generation and customer acquisition across all stages of the funnel, including developing and executing campaigns and initiatives to accelerate growth.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team to execute marketing programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the AI team to understand product implications and drive GTM strategy.
• Drive product improvements to increase retention and LTV.
• Utilize SEO and content marketing to raise website traffic and conversion.
• Own and achieve KPIs for the marketing team.
• Work both as a manager and an individual contributor, delivering high-level results in a short period of time.
  

You’re a perfect candidate if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and customer acquisition in a startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to bring a lateral thinking and hacker mindset to marketing: a history of challenging the status quo, changing the rules of the game, and finding unconventional solutions to marketing problems.
• Creative and innovative thinking: previous achievements in generating new ideas and thinking outside the box to drive marketing success.
• Passion for testing and experimentation: a track record of continuously testing and experimenting with new marketing strategies and tactics, resulting in improved marketing outcomes.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in SEO and content marketing.
• Passion for photography and AI.
• Excited about working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Prior experience owning and achieving KPIs for the marketing team.
• Flawless English skills (C1-C2).
