  • We have flexible working hours, but meantime our main time zone is CET (+-2 hours). And for effective collaboration, it's important to work together at least 50% of the time. Please, take that into consideration.  

  • Our application process involves submitting an online application form, which includes your CV, cover letter, and other relevant documents. Also, you’ll have to fill out a short interactive form to provide a necessary information. Upon reviewing the applications, selected candidates will be contacted for an HR interview or skill assessment.

  • Usually, it takes up to 3-4 working days to get the response. However, some roles might require slightly more time due to a big amount of applications.

  • Yes, our hiring culture is built on the rule that each candidate deserves to get a reply from us. It may take from 1 day and up to 2 weeks to provide individual feedback to every applicant.

  • The length of the hiring process can vary depending on complexity of the role. An average length for the IC roles is 3 weeks, for managerial - 4 weeks. However, each hiring process is different and can influence the timeline.

  • Sure, we provide feedbacks with the main rejection reasons based on your performance at the interview and test task. In case you need even more detailed feedback, it can be provided upon request.
